This forum was created for anyone that has a relationship with Bariatric Surgery. You may have already had surgery, are in the pre-op stages, or maybe just considering surgery and want to learn more. We also welcome anyone that may have a friend or family member that falls into one of the previous mentioned categories and want to support them.
This forum was born out of a strong bond that several of us formed on another board, but found that board very restrictive in features and focused solely on surgery itself. We wanted to continue our friendships and allow them to branch out to other areas of our lives and have a place that allows us express ourselves as needed.
Here we aim to provide support, friendship, and a sense of community. You can come here for research, for fun, or to just blow off some steam. We look forward to getting to know you!
