Man, meeting your fluid and protein goals that first week is no joke. My surgeon said that was my full time job and he was right. I'm heading into my second week and now I have a pretty good routine down. But I still find it's easy to be distracted by tv or my computer so I'm a little worried about my third week when I head back to work. That's partly why I've been absent from here for awhile. Truly had to buckle down and focus solely on my nutrition goals.
As far as recovery goes, I have had zero issues. No pain, no nausea, nothing really. It's been great, but a little weird. Like - If it weren't for my incisions I'd question if the surgery even happened. lol

I’m so glad that you are doing so well. I fell off of the protein shake wagon thinking I can eat my protein the way I needed it...wrong! Now that I’m back to it I am losing again. And I totally get the questioning it thing. I did experience soreness but mainly at bedtime and if I turned weird. But I was like you, if it weren’t for incisions I wouldn’t have thought anything happened, lol. Maybe for work get one of those squeezy toys or a fidget spinner for a distraction...or maybe a small pendulum! Best of luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
