I can’t believe how quickly 6 weeks went by. I cannot say that I’m truly happy with my progress. Due to hormones, stress, and everything else my body is just fighting me and not losing at all. If it weren’t for how great I feel, I’d probably have all of the regrets. I do notice slight changes in my body. Everything is looser, my boobs and thighs are shrinking, my tummy is super jiggly (but not smaller). All I can do is keep on pushing through this stall and hoping for the best!

How are you doing with eating regular foods at this point?

How are you doing with eating regular foods at this point? I handle regular foods fine for the most part. Ground chicken and tuna make my stomach churn really uncomfortably. Chicken breasts, veggies, cold cuts, and cheese don’t give me any problems. It honestly just takes me longer to finish food than it used to. And 2 or 3 bites fill me up to the point of feeling overstuffed! I chew forever and then swallow but everything seems to hit me all at once and then I have to wait it out to drink something to try to wash that feeling away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm 7 weeks post op and have had a couple stalls. I'm actually in one right now. Its only been 3 days so I'm not worried. The last one was 8 days. I just keep reminding myself that it's not a sprint. I tried on a bunch of jeans that were too tight before surgery and they all fit now. I don't notice it as much as other people do. Just keep working! It will come off.

Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk The stalls are the worst! I’m just trying to stay focused. And I get that too, people keep telling me that I’m slimming out or that I look great and I can’t see it at all. I just know that my body feels great. All of my jeans had gotten pretty roomy by the time I had surgery (lost about 25lbs on my liquid diet). My surgeon’s office thinks my stall may have something to do with the birth control I was on that was giving me so many problems. I had it removed but I’m still trying to let the hormones run their way out of my body. My weight has been stalled for about 10 days now. Sometimes it goes up but the next day it comes back down to the same weight. Best wishes on your journey! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

8 Week Post-op Update: this past Thursday was 8 weeks post-op for me. I am down to 255! Drinking protein again and getting my walks in really do help! The time is flying! Doesn’t feel like I’m that many weeks post-op. One of my ultimate goals is to hit one-derland by month 4 or 5. Here’s to fighting the good fight!

9 Weeks Post Op as of 8/29/2018. I’m down to 252 and I’ve lost 4 1/4 inches off of my body since last week! One-derland by the end of October is seeming more and more possible everyday!
